Fritz Hansen Dotted Balance Rug, 103 X 130 Cm

Fritz Hansen’s Dotted Balance rug plays with decorative dots and colour blocks in different shapes, creating a three-dimensional, tactile design. Cecilie Manz drew inspiration for the rug from her own studio: the rug’s pattern depicts shadows cast on the floor, her own drawings as well as geometric paper cut-outs arranged in piles on her desk. Hand-tufted in India, the Dotted Balance rug is both visually and tactually interesting.
